During my agency career and as an in-house digital marketer, I displayed quantitative results in content and social media.
  • I performed content and website audits for Schedulicity, rewriting copy to organically rank for top commercial and branded keywords, updating product language, and targeting underserved personas. This led to >250,000 organic page views in six months. (2021)
  • I performed a Google Ads audit for Mirabel Technologies targeting publishing, marketing automation, and email verification software; increased clicks by 205% and conversions by 9x in the first month. (2021)
  • I managed an ongoing reputation management campaign for Mirabel via software review websites. I improved product ratings from 3.9 to 4.6 in three months using targeted email marketing and online surveys and contributed to direct revenue through PPC campaigns for Capterra across five countries.   • Across multiple agency campaigns for Illumine8, I doubled the total conversions and blog views, with an average of 42,500 annual views per client, through SEO and organic promotion on social media. (2018)
  • For Illumine8, I transformed and tested 30-day social media calendar for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ after extensive persona research. This led to a 25 percent increase in Facebook and Twitter followers and 115 percent increase in total traffic. (2017)

Copywriting & Editing

A storyteller at heart, I thrive on developing and understanding tone. Since 2014, I covered feature articles, human interest stories, and a variety of other people-driven topics.

  • For Schedulicity, I developed content and PR campaigns to target and celebrate underserved personas: She Is Essential, Take a Break with Schedulicity, and Black Business Month. (2021, 2022)
  • For Illumine8 Marketing & PR, I wrote numerous blogs about social issues, including the importance of arts education and female representation in classical music, politics and its effect on the housing industry, and the viability of trade careers post-high school. (2015-2018)
  • For the award-winning The Hawkeye, I was nominated for a Keystone Press Award in investigative journalism for her civic project. As the first student-journalist to do so, I covered the lack of LGBTQIA+ resources in Western Pennsylvania and the treatment of "out" collegiate athletes. Mu project was the most read story for The Hawkeye in 2014.
  • In college, I earned two front-page stories for The Penn about a deaf ice hockey player who earned a spot on the National Deaf Hockey Team (2013) and the adoption of a Russian art student and his adaption to life in the U.S. (2015)

Public Relations

During her career, I developed two successful awards programs, honed relationships with international publications, and assisted in small-scale event planning.

  • I idealized and spearheaded the annual Best of Schedulicity Awards to give back to small business owners and solopreneurs through the grant program, Schedulicity Cares. (2021, 2022)

    I developed an inaugural awards program at Illumine8, including budgeting and scheduling, with 80 percent ROI on paid nominations. My personal achievements include Platinum dotCOMM Award, two-time Gold MarCom Award, Gold Hermes Creative Award, and Communicator Award of Distinction. (2018, 2019)

  • I acted as the sole media contact for all public relations efforts, including digital/paid media, and developed relationships with international publications in Africa.

  • I assisted in planning, budgeting, and execution of award-winning community and corporate events for Illumine8 and at Hidden Hills Farm & Vineyard.
